AWESOMEPOUCH strives to deliver goods as quickly and precisely as possible.

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in 29 countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.

We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

2. How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in Korea and China will be shipped by ePacket or USPS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our Korea warehouse are shipped through USPS.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. but we provide free shipping to 29 countries only around the world at this moment.

But we are planning to expand free shipping countries in the near future.

Here is the list of free shipping available countries;

Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philipines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Vietnam

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Please note that your order(s) can be subject to customs inspections regardless the shipping

companies. (i.e. the shipment(s) can be opened)

Once the order(s) has arrived in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged if necessary. Those charges must be paid separately by the customer.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.

5. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

6. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
